Workout+ supplements=ED!?!?!!

by Scratch72, Oct 16, 2009 03:29AM
Hi there.

I feel like i am waay to young for this to be happening.  And any help would be much appreciated, its pretty unsettling.

For background,  I am 20 years old, i work out 5 days a week an hour and a half a day. I have been blessed with near perfect health.  I have never had any previous medical problems.

Within the last month and a half, i have started taking workout supplements.  This being protein, usps(labs) strength builder, and 5,000 mg of creatine.

To be honest, I dont know what the problem is.  I suspect the creatine, but if i quit taking it, do i need to do something else in order to be restored to full health?? Or do i just let time take its toll...and how long before things can go back to normal???

Thanks so much...i cant even begin to tell you.

Your post is not very clear. What is your problem exactly? Are you experiencing ED? Aren't you able to attain an erection or do you lose it during sex? Do you have nighttime/morning erections?

I'm not a doctor but you are young and healthy so this is probably just a case of sexual performance anxiety. Don't worry! Just relax and things will improve with time. If the situation persists, however, go see a doctor. It's no shame to seek professional help and today ED is easily treatable.

Thanks Metropolis for the insight, it goes a long for someone to just tell you it will be okay.  The problem is that I cannot get a legitimate erection at all, it only lasts a few minutes, it is not firm, and I am not as sensitive in that "area" as before.
