Years of unusual masturbation technique causing severe ED

I'll start by saying that I'm 24 years old. When I was in my mid teens I found that the best way to pleasure myself was to take my left hand and put my palm on top of my penis and rub it against my left thigh up and down. I push relatively hard at the base of my penis and do this over and over until I'm about to finish and then I grab it and masturbate regularly until the end. I've been doing that since I was like 15 or 16.

The only way I can get a full erection these days is to do that. Obviously, the first step is to completely stop that and never do it again. I believe (im no doctor mind you) that this has messed up the blood vessels that put blood in to the penis.

I could still get hard enough for sex up until here recently where I have gone through a long dry spell, and was masturbating quite frequently. Last night, I had the most beautiful girl I'd ever had naked on top of me and i couldnt get hard and it is an awful feeling. I'm going to stop looking at porn, masturbating, and doing anything sexual related for as long as necessary.

I'm looking for any massage tips or anything that will help me be able to get the blood flow back. For the love of God!!! lol

To avoid porn and masturbation after your years of rough self-pleasure is on the right track.  Hopefully, you did no long-lasting permanent damage to your penis.  Having intercourse at this point may be premature until you've given your organs time to heal.  In the meantime, if you have an understanding girlfriend, she could be allowed to give you a slow, lubricated handjob to induce blood flow whether or not it leads to an orgasm.  You should set a time limit so that if you are not gaining an erection, say within 20 minutes, you will move on to something non-sexual and try it again another day.
