you need to use one because if u get an std down there then ur going to have to put medication up your anus
The anus has blood vessels that are very close to the skin wall - so STD's and STI's are much easier to contract through anal sex, Condoms are very important with anal sex. Also anal sex can tear the delicate tissue so I would use a condom every time to protect the skin tissue down there.
