dont know what happend to me

hello doctor , how are you ? first of all thanks for this kind of help to people like us .. who really feel shy to ask a doc about our prob face to face ..
i got married 16th of may 2010 ... first 10 days was so fine .. i remember on 24th of may my wife got periods .. dureing periods my eraction was fine .. even when she touch me i got eraction ... after 6 days when i try to do sex with her .. i was not able to do have a gud eraction ... i took caverta.50 , next day i got the same problem .. i took caverta again .. but second day i feel a bit stress and was not able to do have eraction .. but i did 2 times ... next night again i took caverta 50 .. but this time .. i feel so bad ... my heart beat was very fast and was feeling not fine .. next day i checked my b.p that was 110/170 ... still i was faceing eration problem .. so i contact to a doctor .. he gave me telma 20 and amcard 25 ... with those medicines i was not  able to do sex but was not confident and had a bad stress of weakness which is still inside me .. doctor had given me one tablet for morning ..but one day i tried one in the eve and i enjoyed my sex with stress ... because i was still in stress of become a impotence ... i talked to doctor and he gave me telma 40 and amcard 50 .. i eat this medicine 7 days ... and i stopped that medicine and now my b.p is fine .. but weakness is still there .. my confidence level is zero .. i am talking some ayuvedic medicine .. and i am doing sex .. but i m not happy .. my confidence is about to zero .. when i go to bed with my wife ... i go with full of stress and i did not do sex ... but early morening and while sleeping i got eraction .. i m still takeing ayurvedic medicine and last night i did 2 times .. sorry to tell you .. as when i was treating from a doctor .. i had test my blood .. urine .. bladder ... kidney .. and sperm .. everything is normal ... am i all right ... do i need any kind of medicine or treatment to get back my confidence ... one more thing .. i was materbation from last past 14 years .. . help me doctore ..."

It sounds more anxiety related than health related.  The pills are about as useful as a magic talisman would be, probably.  Can you not relax around the whole issue, and propose to your wife that you just have a few nice nights of relaxed contact without the plan to have sex?  Performance anxiety is sometimes treated with meditation or hypnosis, it doesn't really sound like the way you are approaching it (all those pills) is helping.  It's like you have convinced yourself that without a pill you won't get an erection, but you're afraid even that won't help.  The mind is very powerful, if it has the sneaking fear a pill won't help, the pill probably won't help.  Talk with your wife about your performance and your fears, and see what she says.
