Hello.

There's nothing wrong with you other than that you don't have enough information about your body and your sexuality.

You state that your penis curves down. So many men ask me about curvature because they think their penis should be straight as an arrow, and if it's not, there's something wrong. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Some penises are completely straight, some curve up or down, and some curve to one side or the other. All of these are simply physical variations—like the difference in peoples’ noses. The only time to be concerned is if your penis curves so extremely that you're in pain or it’s difficult to be sexual with a partner. This is called "Peyronie's Condition." Now here’s some good news: It is estimated that approximately 20% of men who have Peyronie’s will have improvement or complete correction of their penile curvature within the first 12 months of their condition. Most of these curvatures are caused by calcification, and they usually go away with time.

However, if you've had a painful curvature for several years, you might want to see a urologist for diagnosis and suggestions.

I'm sorry, but I don't know what "white plane" and "white macule" refer to, so I can't answer your question. At any rate, this forum is for emotional/psychological concerns related to erection, not medical conditions.

You also state that you have "erectile dysfunction." I'm not sure what you're referring to, because this term can mean anything from a one-time erection concern due to anxiety or fear, to a medical condition caused by lack of circulation or other issues. I think you're simply diagnosing yourself because you lack information and this makes you anxious.

The best thing you can do is educate yourself. I highly recommend the book "The New Male Sexuality," by Bernie Zilbergeld, Ph.D., widely available online, both used and in paperback. This book has helped thousands of men to understand their sexual functioning. Best of luck to you. Dr. J
