well i am not looking at taking anything like viagra at the moment haha
yeah i mean i have been now for the last 2 weeks or so cutting down on everything and living a more healthy lifestyle but it doesnt seem to be changing much, i mean i go out have a few drinks and maybe a cigarette or a smoke and it seems like im back at stage one
do you think this all has to do with poor bloodflow? i am taking some natural herbs to try increase my bloodflow because when i went to get a bloodtest done for stds the woman said that my flow was pretty weak..
this is all also causing me to have premature ejaculation, lasting anywhere between 5-20 minutes, my gilfriend who is 24 is studying medicine so doesnt seem to care, but obviously i do.

A healthy lifestyle is the #1 ED treatment. Marijuana and recreational drugs are terrible. Get some exercise, stop smoking, limit your alcohol intake and try to improve your diet.
