harm of using methyle pednesolone

hello doctor,

An year ago I was diagnosed with Vasculitis and was advised to take "acitrome-3mg ( every day)" and
"methyle pednesolone - 2g per month through IV". Recently I was married and trying for a baby. But there was some issue related to errection during the intercourse. Then I went to sexologist and he prescribed to use caverta 25 mg. So, I started using caverta-25 during the most fertile days of my wife..ie,10th,12th,14th and 16th day of her monthly periods cycle. Her periods are proper with 26 to 28 days each time. So, now I am not seeing any issues during intercourse and going smooth. But the issue is with fertility. I am worried now that all these medicines might have caused some infertility in my sperms. I am not getting any proper advice as I have contacted several doctors before banking on the above mentioned medication. I am reiterating the medicines I am useing..

acitrome-3mg (per day)
methyle pednesolone - 2g per month through IV.
caverta 25 - during intercourse day.

Please advice me whether any of these drugs are causing the infertility in my sperms. I have been trying for last 4 months for a baby. Please give me your valuable suggestions. I am okay to stop any of the above medicine till the time my wife gets pregnant, just in case any of these medication is obstructing the conceiving process.
