loss of erection

Hi, looking fro some guidance from anyone who can help. I bought the X4 Labs penis extender (probably justified in my case, 1-2" flaccid and 4" erect) and have only used it twice for 1.5 hours, however since then I am unable to get erections, whereas previously just touching for a short while would get me aroused. I can now play for 10-15 mins and nothing

I tested by switching to some porn and was able to get to about 80% erection but as soon as it was off screen, completely down again. I've also noticed my little friend feels a little more rubbery and elastic then previously also. I can now hold the head and twist many times round

Not sure if this is all in my head or whether I have done some damage, with the device plus all the fiddling.
There seems to be no visible damage, bruising, discolouring etc

Should I visit the dr or wait for a few days to see if it recovers from a rest maybe?

Any comments welcome as I'm completely freaked out at the moment
