The porn and masturbating did not hurt you.  Don't worry about that.  The pain and loss of erections are probably due to your back problem.  You should go back to the surgeon and tell him what's going on and see if he has any suggestions for the symptoms you are having since surgery.  If he is out of options, you can see a urologist for options, but I doubt a urologist can help the pain problem if the pain is from a pinched nerve.  He can help you have erections, but if there is too much pain to perform, that won't be much help.

I hope they can fix the pain problem.

Your erect pains are likely to be have been caused by your surgery, or the conditions that lead to your surgery.

My advice for you would be to seek help from a Neurologist.

The problem with nerve damage/pinches is that it doesant always have to hurt at the point of damage - it can pop up further down the line of the nerve.

An example for this would be the pain I sometimes experience down my right reg.  It is an agonisingly painful shooting sensation that sometimes has me bed ridden and I feel like my leg is going to fall off - this is caused by my Sciatic Nerve trapped in my lower back - but the path of the nerve goes all the way down my leg.

This COULD be what is happening to you, but that would remain to be seen by a neurologist who examines you.

A chiropracter may even be able to shed some light on it for you, also

Hope this helps
