pain while I'm ejactulating

Hello, a couple years ago when I was having sex and was climaxing, there was a sudden pain in my urethra or on the underneath side of my penis. The pain wasn't severe but enough where it prevented any kind of enjoyment at all. Since that time, I've had this problem often. It's also caused a numbing dull pain in that same area when I wasn't erect and has prevented me from keeping an erection for a long period of time. Went to one urologist and he told me to take an imflammatory before sex and that was it. I'd like to defeat this. Can you direct me in some directions? Thanks.
