partial erectile disfunction

I am 35 years old and married since 10 years, sexual life was never a problem jn my life, infact we had a gr8 sexual life, but since 4 to 5 months, i am having a partial erectile disfuntion, i never had this kind of problem in my life, but j am shocked now, when i am masterbating erection is happeng full but not that strong, but when i am intimating with my partner and during the foreplay , i am unable to get the erection which was happening earlier, though i was masterbating 3 to 4 times a day since many months and having high blood pressure with 95 kg weight and prone to alchohol and smoking and also diet is bit more.
Is this the reason for my problem, and is it recoverable in a natural way if i leave or put restrictions on all these things...pls suggest.

You are having erection problems when having foreplay and being intimate with your wife.  Therefore, avoid all masturbation and use of pornography.  Engage in any and all sexual activities with your wife.  Do not make a competition between self-pleasure and sex with your partner.  Your overall health is also a factor, and for that you need to get your blood pressure under control.  You will have to consider if your weight is a problem, depending on your height, bone structure, amount of muscle, and so on.  Ideally, you will stop smoking, limit alcohol, get a proper amount of sleep, and eat healthy foods, cutting sugar and salt intake.  Don't get overwhelmed.  You have a few things to take care of, but enjoy the challenge and the results .
