I'm 30 years old. I feel that when my penis is erect its shape is different from many years ago. It narrows a bit closer to the head. Is this a problem? or is it just an erection that's not full enough?

This isnt a problem. You would be surprised to know just how different penis size, shape, and color there are. Remember, its not the size or shape of the penis that matters, its how you use it. Good luck.
