preventative health care seeker

i am a 58 yr old female with a partial hysterectomy @ age 40.  My HRT is monitored closely and checked every 6 months. recently lost 40 lbs and have been exercising and also sexually active again with one partner only, male.  My clit appears to look like a small, small penis and when opening lips of vagina can be seen at any time so probably is even bigger during sexual experience.  I have never noticed this previously and it is noticeable when the lips of vagina are separated and not something you need to for.  It does not hurt and there is no discharge but it is something that has never been there before or if it has, it has not been this large and has been hidden behind the hood as they call it.  I want to be sure that something that needs to be addressed from a health perspective be taken care of or if this normal for my age and post-menopausal to let it go and watch for other symptoms that indicate a health issue.  I have my well woman exam done every year and this past one done in June has to be redone because enough cells were not scraped to do labs.  Do not want to worry about nothing but also want to be proactive if there is something to be concerned about.  Info from you will help to make me an educated female.
