I've taken Viagra for some 5 years, a small dosage of 10 mg. (I'm 64) and about a month ago might have (???) suffered from priapism -- if this can happen in your sleep (for four hours and waking with an erection). In any case, the upper 1/3 of my penis
is much less hard and flops to the side during erection, it is noticeably thinner than the bottom, and a vein is protruding just below the part where the two meet. I might have suffered trauma in some peculiar position during intercourse
-- since I'd have immediate and bad pain, which I did not. I have pain now, something like a 3 on the hospital scale maybe, comes and goes and seems to hurt less with heat or even some surface lotion for warmth. I have a urology appointment but not until Oct. 1 st. since they are hard to come by. My best guess here is that maybe I permanently destroyed tissues in my penis with Viagra induced priapism, which is only a guess obviously. Can you maybe help more?
