removing penile implant

Dear doctor,

I had a penile enlargment procedure 10 years ago and I recently discovered by doing x-rays,that the doctor-killer who did it,used a kind of malleable prosthesis.All these years I was feeling hard the base of my penis and when I asked him about,he told me that he had done fat injections.Now I have lost almost completely my natural erections because of the damaged corpora cavernosa and I am thinking of removing them in the next two months in order to take advantage of the new therapies using stem cells for the regeneration of the penile tissue.Dear doctor I would appreciate very much your opinion and suggestions!Thank you very much in advance!
