small penis & weak erection

hi, im jan
i had gonorreha 12 years old, now im 32 years old. after gonorreha i have problem of night fall 3 times a week, i did mastarbution also too much ,now i feel too much weak body, weak erection, and penis size is also decrease. testical aslo become small, i feel testical pain if i dont mastarbution or sex once a week. my sex time is also very little 1 minute or 2 minute i discharge, im not happy with my sex. plz help me. i want marraige now.
do i imptent or i have very serious problem with my sex. can i m able to marriage ?
