stroking

HI
im 26 year old. I've been masturbating frequently for the last ten years. I always feel like doing it when i woke up from my sleep.. and now my erection is not good as before , it has become weaker than 10 years ago.

The penis curve downwards. My question is, is it bad for you to stroke your penis with your hand and stop before it ejaculates. Is there any consequences if you let the penis alone after stroking it for some time without ejaculation any sperm. I have did this often and now my erection is weak, it always curvy when i am standing but it still stands while im lying down.

How can i make it strong again? and furthermore, I am wearing briefs, and it has been 10 years that i have been pushing down the penis until i realize that penis was suppose to be pointing upwards. is there any way i can correct my erection. It is affecting my self-esteem.
Pls help.

no you don't need no clinical. you just need to stop touching your penis for a while so you can feel the difference in how your penis will respond to real sex.

If you refrain from masturbation, your penis will SLOWLY become more firm and more sensitive to touch. You may start to experience higher erections but not right away, give it time. Also, if you still get great erections during sex, a slightly downward erection is not a terrible thing.

As far as playing with yourself and not ejaculating in the end, that is not good. You are suppose to let it out. Otherwise, you may start to feel some tension in the testicles and other awkward feelings. The purpose of masturbation is to reach an ejaculation.

Wearing briefs for 10 years is not bad. I'm pretty sure you don't wear briefs at night to bed so there is your opportunity to let your penis hang free and get all the erections you need.
