testosteron therapy

testosteron therapy

I am 26.5yrs old and I used steroids when I was 19 and a half till I was 22.  I have had a bit testicular atrophy and I have noticed a little bit of lack of firmness and want of sex.  Also energy levels have been low.  My bro n law is 32 and has the same issues without the steroid use.  He was prescribed to use .4cc's of testosterone cypionate once a week.  I have followed in his foot steps and went to a urologist and got my testosterone checked.  He said next appt. that he would discuss the testosterone therapy because I didn't think I needed ED meds.  I still can get an erection and keep it.  It has a slight bend to it unlike a year ago where was rock hard.  I also notice I need more manipulation to get it up.  Dr. said I was low in testosterone but for insurance purposes I never followed up to receive any therapy.  I followed in my bro n law's foot steps and have started using .3cc's once a week of 200 mg/ml testosterone cypionate.  I have been doing this now for almost 6months and everything is fine.  I have noticed a little bit of tingling and itchiness around nipples here and there and still notice a lot of water retention.  Is there another testosterone out there that I can use that wont be hard on my testicles and no water retention that can still fix my issues?  I researched testosterone equipoise(EQ) and seems to be what I am looking for but don't know if it will continue to fix all my issues.  Can anyone help me out?
