to leave alcohol

there is one of my friend in the age of 30-yr he drinks daily if he wont drink he cant be with out drinking can you suggest me how to stop his drinking

Sorry, but you cannot.  An alcoholic has to decide himself to stop, and it usually takes some help also (such as going to Alcoholics Anonymous).   If he is as addicted as you say, and he is not interested in stopping his addiction, there is nothing another person can do to change that.  All you can do is prevent youself by being hurt by it.  Have no expectations of him, don't let him drive if you are in the car, don't hold out hope that if you find the right combination of words you can persuade him.  Have no expectations at all that he will change, or they will just break your heart.
