seems kind of a waste to be mixing the two, it's usually one or the other. If you feel l-arginine can 'do the job' by taking it every day, then that's the route to take. If you want to commit to viagra, then there's no need to take the l-arginine. I would however scale back on the 50mg - see if 25mg or even less will have the desired effect. I did the l-arginine thing for quite a while, bought the powder, etc. It *probably* does help, and many articles on the internet seem to support that view. But viagra works much better, quicker, and purchased generically, is very inexpensive.
