can one wear out his system by too much stress and perhaps over-masturbation?  I have suddenly noticed after more thatn 5 years of incredible life stress and more masturbation that I have weak erections, which dont really last and little staying power. - Can anything be taken to hel "refuel" the body as I try to get things back on track?

Stress can be a detriment to many things in life.  One should have something to do every day that is fun or at least takes the mind off of stresses whether it is music, walking, hobbies, reading, or whatever.  I do think that masturbation can be overdone, if you are doing it several times a day.  Of course, we know the best solution is to have a loving partner, but even with all the people out there of the opposite sex, it is often difficult to get together.  Especially for the single person, masturbation can provide a release of sexual tension even beyond the physical, but if it is overdone, it can be a negative factor.

Certainly stress can play a big roll... but I don't see a problem with masterbating (masturbating) as many times as you want as this helps to keep your testosterone higher... Now if you want to masterbate and each time it never gets hard and has slowly started doing this then you may have finally gotten to the point that your testosterone isn't high enough. Don't know much about that site, but I have heard that the herb mixture Advanced Yohimbe-Plus by Irwin Naturals has helped a lot of people.  It does have side effects, but not as much as Viagra.
