Well Im 19 and im like 6'1-6'3. Im happy with my height but I am just too skinny.

I dont look awkard or anything my body is very porpotional, But I dont know why im skinny. Have i still got time to grow some muscle ? Ive been told that you dont start gaining muscle until 21 or something. Or Do i have to start going to the gym ? Or is it my diet ?

thanks for the help.

Hi,
How are you feeling?
Muscle growth will happen as you grow. There is no such period as at the age of 21 you would have muscle growth. The age mentioned only corresponds with your pubertal growth spurt.
I think you should be going to gymnasium for muscle improvement. There are exercises which increases the bulk of muscle.
I think diet could also be one of the reasons like if you take high protein diet with muscle building exercises, you will be as normal as possible.
Keep me informed if you have any queries.
Bye.

Hi,
How are you feeling?
Two things you have asked from i.e. first is Exercise from home and second is diet from.
Firstly you can to do push ups, shoulder press and getting dumb-bells with weight for arms.
Secondly regarding your diet, are you a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian?
If you are a vegetarian, you can take in lots of pulses, green leafy vegetables and milk for your diet.
If you are a non-vegetarian, you can increase your regular egg intake and take in lot of meat in your diet after exercises.
Keep me informed if you have any queries.
Bye.
