Hi,I have calculated your body mass index which comes out to be 24.4.this is in normal range which is 20-24.9.you should not be worrying much about this. Bikram is somewhat known for causing either weight gain or lack of loss. It builds a lot of muscle, particularly in your core and legs (all those balance poses). If you feel slimmer in your clothes you are losing fat and gaining muscle. So don't worry!
Do you do your yoga in the morning? If so, maybe your headaches are from leftover dehydration. I would make sure you are well hydrated and maybe try a sports drink for electrolye replacement.

LOL thanks. Someone suggested me measuring myself. I fit into my clothes way better and people have told me I look slimmer and leaner. I will see what the nutritionist says. I am cutting down on portions now and trying to be extra extra careful.
Keep the appt with the nutritionist and LISTEN to her/him! If yoiu mess your metabolism now it will be that way for the rest of your life. Also, muscle weighs more than fat, so you absolutely could be building muscle while losing inches but weighing more.
If I was you...and I once was...TOSS THE SCALE OUT A WINDOW (look before your toss, so it doesn't hit anyone). It will be the most empowering thing you ever DO for yourself!
Oh and I get a major headache everyday at work around 3..ugh
