29 weeks pregnant, exercise question
I'm 17 years old & 29 weeks pregnant. I'm due in February. I've been wanting to exercise more and really get ready for labor and having a new baby. But I have a spinal problem where a place of my spine is out & easily could be injured farther. Does anyone know easy exercises to do at home that could get my body more ready for strenuous labor and having a child in general? Thank you :)
