A dent on the bicep?

Hello people !

After some sparring in the boxing gym yesterday I noticed a small dent on my bicep. Nothing deep, but I could feel it. The left bicep has a dent too but way smaller. The thing is that there is not bruise or pain (even when I pressing it) or discomfort until now. Except a small soreness that passed quickly. I remember the other guy punching with the practice glove my biceps, so that's propably it, but what's exactly? Muscle tear?

Thank you :)

Hello,

Sometimes some amount of muscle tear, muscle fibers splitting is common after an intense workout or due to someone punching it. Take rest, apply ice and take some pain killers and you would be fine.

If it does not help or your symptoms progress then visit an orthopedician.

Take care!
