AV Malformation

My son is 5 years old and has been diagnosed with AV Malformation in his knee. It causes him alot of pain and discomfort. There is nothing I can do for him, Pain meds don't do anything for him. Is anyone familiar with treatment? Emobolization? Surgery? Or know of a Peds that specialize in this? THanx!
