This happened to me for the firstFirst progesterone mc10 First progesterone mc5 First-progesterone vgs 100 First-progesterone vgs 200 First-progesterone vgs 25 First-progesterone vgs 400 First-progesterone vgs 50 First-testosterone First-testosterone mc time last night, after about 20 sit ups in my exercise class I had the most excruciating cramping pain in my stomach muscles, and had to literally roll over on to all fours and get up bent doubleDouble-tussin dm. I had to go outside for a while the pain was so bad I thought I was going to pass out and it frightened me. It's reassuring to see that other people have experienced a similar thing. It literally felt like a leg cramp does, but really bad as there didn't seem to be anything I could do to alleviate it, I tried stretching or bending over like when you have a stitch, but it didn't seem to make a difference. Took about 10 minutes before I felt better, and during that time the cramping and tightening spread right across my abdominal area..... Now I'm afraid it might happen again, and want to do anything I can to avoid another episode like this. Any thoughts! PS I had been drinking plenty of water through the day and during the class, and hadn't eaten for about 5 hours before.
Carbohydrates as in glucose and simple sugars do help in providing instant energy and avoiding these cramping episodes.
If it repeats go to a Physician for some blood tests, blood glucose etc. Do also see if you are having these cramps related with your periods as some women have Pre menstrual symptoms.
Take care!
