I am dealing with a medical concern and over the past 3 years have worked a rather semi vigerous workout routine witha  trainer 3-4 TIMES A WEEK.

Since this incident over the past 8 weeks I have not gone once. Iam feeling sore in my muscles and tendons. Could this be attributed to lack of working out? I am also not putting on any weight, however my trainer said this couldbe normal as my body was use to the workout regimine and maybe buring at that rate even though i am doing less.

Any thoughts?

Hello!

If you overdo your workouts you can have sore muscles.

This can also take place after an injury, twist or a fall but lack of exercise will not give you any sore muscles.

I would suggest you to rest for couple of days and take some over the counter pain killers such as ibuprofen. Rule out conditions such as cold or flu which can give your muscle aches.

Take care!
