BLUE TOES

MY TOES TURN BLUE AFTER RUNNING, THERE IS NO PAIN. AFTER RESTING THEY TURN BACK TO  THEIR NORMAL COLOR. SHOULD THERE BE CONCERN?

have u ever had your thyroid checked? low thyroid can give u cold hands and feet and I had blueish colored hands b4 being diagnosed.Low thyroid causes bad circulation plus a lot of other things.

I would talk to your Dr. It sounds like you might have circulation problems.

even if your only symptom is blue feet and dont't have any other problems you can still have a thyroid problem. U could b in the initial stages where the symptoms are very minor. I had blue hands sometimes ,years b4  i finally had bad symptoms. Since on thyroid med my hands never turn blue. Blue hands was the least of my problems by the time I went to the doctor.
