Beginning an Exercise Program

by Riker1964, Jan 15, 2006 12:00AM
I used to be a bodybuilder from 13 years old to 22 years old, but my exercise has been basically non-existent since then. I am 41 now and I want to get into shape again. I want to get into shape enough so that I can jog and bodybuild again. I do have mild Sarcoidosis and PACs/PVCs (the PACs are very bothersome) but my heart has checked out ok so far.

How does one begin to work out again, to get the heart and lungs into enough shape to life weights again? The last time I began to try to exercise, I lifted weights on a 3 day a week beginner routine but the next day I had PACs very badly. I want to avoid that again.

Thanx for any advice.
