5'7" 2300 bmr 180lbs. I've been eating below 700calories a day and the past week I've went from 170 to 180 within 5 days, I have had a lot of sodium but The fat building up is noticeable so I presume it's not sodium weight. I need some advice because I went from 200 to 170 and back to 180 and I'm confused.
When you don't consume enough calories in a day, your body stores your fat. This will make you keep your weight or even gain weight if you don't eat the reccomended daily calories (1500). Try eating 6 small but balanced meals each day consisting of fresh fruits and vegetables, proteins, whole grains, and low fat dairy adding up to your reccomended daily calories. Good luck!
