Hi. I am currently taking HCG injections and phentermine along with watching what I eat. The only time I have to exercise will be on my lunch from work. THis will give me about 30-40 min. Can someone please tell me the best exercises to do in this period of time to loose weight. I will be going to the Y so I will have all equipment available. Help!! Thanks.
If you are just starting out, I wouldnt push too much for awhile. If it were me I would just start out on the treamills for about 15minutes, and then vary the machines for weight bearing exercises. If you are going to the y, maybe if there is a trainer there, they might be able to suggest the best machines to try. Good luck!! It is hard enough to try and lose weight, but when you have medications working against you, it is twiceTwice-a-day as hard.
Spin classes, are on stationary bikes, with a whole bunch of ppl, and one person yelling at yu what to do! There a great big amout of fun! Get in on it! and then shave yor legs and become a road biker!(don;t really have to)
