Blood in stool after judo class

Blood in stool after judo class

I took a judo class yesterday and was thrown to the mat hard a number of times. After the class I had a sore knee and my lower back ached but I chalked it up to age.
I had two bowel movements today with a bright line of blood in both. The blood was also on the toilet paper. My urine is yellow but not orange so I do not think I'm passing blood in that manner.
I'm a 39 year old male with no prior family or personal history of colon problems.
Is it possible that my kidneys or intestines are reacting to the trauma of hitting the mat and not being used to it?
I am hoping that it will stop altogether soon. I hope I put this question in the right area. Thanks in advance!!!

I'm by no means an expert, but I do too train martial arts (Thai Boxing and BJJ mostly, in case you were wondering).

I know that you can damage some things from throws and whatnot if you land too hard or land on something or someone too hard.   For example, if you land on your partner or the edge of the mat.  You might have (now I honestly don't know) damaged your kidneys, because I know when you damage your kidneys they do bleed and it is noticeble in your waste.  Your best bet is to see a doctor about it, but I just have a feeling you dinged your kidneys up a bit.

I know people who have been kneed in the kidneys and blood is visible in their urine, and it went away after a few days.  But I'd say go visit a doctor.
