I recently played a long game of soccer and it was a very intense workout. The game lasted about 2 hours and I was pretty much joging and running the whole time. After the game was finished I walked to my car and drove home. A couple of hours later I was sitting down and noticed in my right eye it was blurry in my peripheral vision. It was like seeing stars just in theright eye. I checked my blood pressurePressure ulcer and it was about 150/110. I'm a 22 year old man 180 lbs and 6'0" tall. I am fairly active exercising about 2-3 times a week through hockey, jogging and soccer. What could be the cause of the blurredVision problems vision and high blood pressurePressure ulcer.
I don't know for certain what caused your problems however low blood sugar is a potential candidate. The intense exercise lowered your blood sugar. Lowered blood sugar can caused blurred vision. And "stars", or a "halo" effect. The easiest thing to do is purchase a blood sugar meter (with rebate they are very inexpensive) and take your blood sugar levels after exercise and before. If you have abnormal readings, see your physician.
