I broke my foot 10 weeks ago, fractured it in 3 places. I am now out of the cast after having an operation to remove floating bone. I still have a lot of swelling around the ankle area, but it also swell on top of my foot feeling quite painful and as if it is solidified.
I have also got strained ligaments in my other knee, so walking is quite painful at the moment. I am not driving, but am back to work. I am waiting for a physio appointment but wanted any suggestions on how I can start strengthening my knee up and getting rid of the swelling in my foot as well as trying to strentghten it up.
I am 40 years old but feel about 90 at the moment!!
