Bruising after exercise

by aaalllaaannn2003, May 02, 2007 12:00AM
After moderate exercise a couple days ago (on an elliptical), I have developed, instead of soreness, these discrete areas of what feels like bruising--small red patches on my legs that are sensitive to the touch.  Any idea what might cause this?

Where on your legs did you get this? Elliptical is low impact and if you do get bruising it is really surprising that it would be on your legs rather than your feet. Is this the first time it happened?
