I just rejoined a gym today. I am really wanting to concentrate on do excerises to tone my flanks. I'm really skinny around my ribsRib cage pain and for the most part my stomach. For some reason all the fat has gone to my flanks (muffin top, fat back). Can anyone give me a suggestion on how to tone my mid area to get rid of this unsightly lard.
