Can someone help?

First off I want to go thru the activities, because there were mutiple. on sat. 7-19-08 i did these funny looking push ups that really isolate your chest. Later that night, i drank half a bottle of jagermeister with red bull. I had about 3 of the 8 0z red bulls. My chest the next day was sore. on sun. i drank about 2 or 3 more jager bombs. probably about a half to a full red bull total. 8 oz. On monday i didnt have alcohol. i wrestled with a friend on tuesday and was thinking i could've agravated my chest during the wrestling, push ups, or the drinking. then i went and did a chest workout didnt finish the whole thing because my left part of my chest had a sharp pain and i couldnt breathe in fully because of the pain. Thurs. it felt better and i tried to lift a little and seemed to maybe reinjure something. its not 100% now but it feels alot better, especially when I ice it or heat it. Is this a chest injury? Is it my Heart? What should I do to rehab it? Thank-you for your help

You could also look up costo-condritis as that is very painful and as usally caused during exercise.

Hi,

How are you?
Yes it seems to be a muscular injury of the chest wall. You can continue with ice packs, also take plenty of rest, do put strain on your chest muscles. A mild OTC NSAID will help reduce the pain and inflammation.
Take care!
