For the last year I have been working out at least 5 days a week with a combination of yoga twice a week 30-45 min of cardio either running or on the elliptical and i also walk my dogs for about 2 miles in a very hilly area by my house. Not only have i gained weight but I can't seem to lose any body fat. I know that I've gained a lot of muscle but I am trying to lose the fat over my stomach and nothing seems to work. I have been eating around 5 small meals a day for the last 2 weeks and I still haven't sen any results. I am 26 5'5 and 140 pounds. I just wanna get down to around 130 or 125. PLEASE HELP!
