I was told the only thing that can help reduce the appearence of cellulite is the toning of that area. I too have that problem and i started doing exercises like squats, leg press etc. to tighten up the legs. Do you work out?
I've heard that womenWomen's way's fat is sometimes lumpy, which is why WE have cellulite on our legs and men don't (bummer!). As far as I know, cellulite is just a layer of lumpy fat -- if you want to get rid of it you need to work on getting rid of the fat -- i.e. diet as well as exercise.
