Sounds like you need to do some specific conditioning of muscles that relate to playing tennis.
It's a funny thing, but if one muscle is under developed it will cause another muscle to be strained. Liriano, Minnesota Twins pitcher, had elbow problems because his shoulder wasn't in good condition.
I doubt the LCL or wrist affects your chest but it may be the way you approach your shot.
As far as the wrist problem is concerned it may be in your tennis swing. A tennis swing is to be a sweeping motion. You aren't playing table tennis. I was a tennis coach for a high school, and I had one kid who wanted to swing like Bjorn Borg with a big top spin. That takes a huge amount of wrist. Are you trying to put too much top spin on the ball? I suggest you go to a tennis pro and find out if there is something in your swing and approach that may be causing strain on your body.
