Chest Pains

Hello i just had a Question i sumtimes do a pepsi order at work and usually end up lifting cases and cases of pop and i just started having sharp pains under my arm near my armpit and then in the middle of my chest could it be a pulled muscle b/c it kinda scares me b/c when i breath in it hurts sumtimes not always then it will go away ????

Hi,

There’s a possibility of muscle tear/muscle strain while lifting the heavy weight and the chances are more when one does turning movements with the heavy weights. I think a local analgesic cream/ointment along with some oral painkillers and giving some rest to the muscle will be enough to take care of the same.

Nothing serious to worry.
