Cold hand after exercising

Cold hand after exercising

Upon completing an exercise session (treadmill or elliptical) of 30 to 45 minutes my "left" hand is very cold (my right hand is warm). Is this a symptom of a serious health condition?  What are the possible causes?

Hello,

I am vegetarian and also experience cold toes and or hands especially after exercise. I also have low blood pressure which I think might cause me to be a bit more sensitive. I learn though from a trainer at the gym, that my body started to burn protein after burning fat- I watch my protein consumption before and after a work and out and have found not only to I stay warmer, I also feel more balanced and can last longer.

I will be interested to hear what other have to share.

You also cannot rule out a circulation problem of some sort, especially if you have ever experienced injury to that arm/hand.
