Cold skin during exercise
WHy does my skin get cold when exercising even if I start to break a sweat?

Hello!

Sweating is to cool your body and to regulate your body temperature.

With exercise the activity in your muscle increases and it gets hotter with more of activity and your sympathetic-parasympathetic system controls this by releasing sweat to regulate your body temperature.
