Digital Scale vr's Regular Scale

Digital Scale vr's Regular Scale

I have both kinds of scale at home. I weight my self in the mornings before I shower. I cant see too far. I can tell while using my regular scale that I lost a few more lbs. I weight in something between 205 and 200...It look to have been closer to the 200.

Well I was so excited to know the exact amount I lost....so I brought down my digital scale. BUT it reads 198.8...what scale do you think would be more accurate.

Wednesdays are my weight in days. So I need to to which I should trust more. My hubby can read the scale for me in the mornings....

I just was excite to know today cause I have noticed my cloths fitting comfy.

Please let me know what you think.

The best thing to do is to put a known fixed weight on each scale and use the one that reads correct!
