Do you think my job (very fast paced, 9-10 hour shifts, not much down time) counts as some for
of excersize or should I just put myself in moderately active catergory? I am trying to lose weight and don't want anything hindering my progress. Thanks for any suggestions!! :)
Well, this would depend on what exactly is the job and how much physical exertion/ activity does it involve. You could start charting the calories for the physical activity and see if it amounts to regular exercise. If not, you cold indulge in moderate levels exercises 2-4 times a week aside the physical exertion at work.
