Are there any exercises that would tone up an abdominal apron? (Grade 1) I have searched the web over and only get referred to surgery sites for tummy tucks or 'miracle' diet pills. I would rather exercise if possible.
Exercise will go a long way to improve the look of your tummy.
Reducing overall body fat is really improtant. Spot reduction is a myth. If the problem after doing those things is loose skin then something less radical that a tuck (cutting and re-attaching muscles) might be possible.
