Dumbbell workout

Hello,
I have a pair of dumbbells and I am an intermediate (been working out for 4 years) in weight training.
I am 5ft 8.5inches and 73 Kgs.
I want to gain weight but keep my waist at the same size.
What kind of routine should I do?
2 body parts a day and 3 workouts a week?
And how do I keep changing my workout for the whole year so that I do not plateau?
Currently I workout 4 - 5 days a week and do a Ipump-PumpOne (Iphone App) workout which has a designated dumbbell workout but which is mostly a circuit routine.
Any experienced advice will be forthcoming.
Also if anyone has recommendation on the diet I should follow please share your thoughts with me.
Thank you.
Have a great day!

Hello!

If you want to maintain the same waist size then you have to do regular cardio activities such as skipping, running, jogging, swimming etc.

You should eat protein predominantly and work out with weights every alternate day. Avoid junk food, fast food, fried food, desserts and fatty food.

You can plan a diet chart with the help of a dietician and follow up with a trainer.

Take care!
