Ears plugging up while lifting weights

I've noticed recently that sometimes when I'm lifting weights, moderately heavy, that my ears plug up. I clear them by yawning/blowing and they continue to plug up. This condition continues for about 20 minutes or so after I complete my workout. It does not seem to happen every time, but it does concern me. Any advice would be appreciated!

No advice I'm afraid, Steve; but I get a similar effect myself sometimes. I also suffer from other regrettable effects during training (see 'near syncopy' thread below) and wonder if they are due to poor circulation, either permanent, or just during exertion, or joint stress (mandibles) in the head. Sadly I think that helpful comments may not be forthcoming.
