Ok so i think im gonna start exercising to help with my wds but i dont want to lose weight. Im already 5'1" and i weigh 105lbs so i know this is about to sound silly but r there any exercises i can do to work only my butt and thighs?
I am exercise instructor... group cycling and kick boxing. Both are not the best if you want to stay at your weight or gain... simple squats and weight training is what i suggest, with a great diet YES... with carbs! Always do stretching and if you can do yoga, it's amazing in so many ways beyond physical fitness. Good luck!
